Default odd vibration and clunking in reverse

(Disco 2) I have been noticing a vibration when I get up to 60mph and it has started to clunk when I go in reverse. I thought it was the Ujoints but they seem to be tight. I also wanted to check the trans fluid so I put the front end up and opened the horizontal fill plug and was surprised to see it pouring out. I assumed the correct level would only produce a slight drip when the car was level....any ideas?

@Phillip1357 Engine has to be running to check the transmission you will be low now. As to the clunk check you rear drive shaft and grease it really well. And check your rotoflex (the rubber donut on the rear).

The front drive shaft should be dropped to do a through check, the centering ball in the double section often start to bind, and can fail.
