Default off to the Cape Town, ZA Land Rover Dealer

We are almost done in Cape Town and I am determined to take a test drive of something here and also look for something that says South Africa like a tire cover or decal. I have contacted the Cape Town Land Rover Club about getting a club decal.

Stay cool everyone!

Once again YOU SUCK!

That would be awesome if you could get a tire cover that said Cape Town Land Rover, depending on the price I might be interested in buying one.
Let me know will ya?
Have fun, enjoy the rest of your trip and let us know what you drive, take a pic or two.

They said they no longer carry a Cape Town Land Rover tire cover but the sales manager was very nice and gave me several decals for Cape Town Rover as well as a key chain and a Cape Town Land Rover Club decal as he is a senior member. They were short handed so I didn't venture a test drive and also it was in down town Cape Town and I have enough of a challenge driving on the other side of the road that I didn't want to chance wrecking a Defender. They had a Defender 90 Pick up or "Bucky" as they call them here, in the show room. It was pretty nice. I told him I had a 2003 Disco but from the end of the year with no problems and he said they have yet to have an 03 with the oil pump problem. Perhaps because they are rt hand driver vehicles???

I am glad to hear that your trip is going well Chris.

My Pastor was there a couple of years ago, he went kayaking off the Cape, a whale popped up about 50 ft from him, scared the crap out of him.
