Edit: May be a minor leak because you said it was drops. Still not a good thing. I would get the system pressure tested to confirm.
Would you know how can I pressurise the the system myself to test this.

will do it also cooked the battery as well which was only replaced a month ago so not sure what could have caused that. And if that has something to do with all the other electrics turning off whilst driving including the nanocom.
