Default Oil Filter/Auto Zone?

Auto Zone is telling me the Mobil 1-301 oil filter doesn't fit the 01 land rover disco II. I was looking at old threads and it seemed to be reccommended, did I miss something or does auto zone not know what they are talking about? Thanks.

It fits, it's just not what Autozone lists as the compatible filter so the autozone guys don't know any better.

It's longer and holds more oil than the factory filter.

Its a waste of money.
It is designed to last for 15,000 miles, are you going to be leaving it on that long?
No?
Dont buy it, go to NAPA and buy a oil filter there.
The Mobil 1 oil filter does NOT trap more dirt, it just holds more, do not confuse the two.
