Default Oil leak from only one of the rear oil pan bolts

Was changing the oil yesterday and noticed oil dripping out of only the driver's side oil pan bolt, the one in the deep wells at the rear. The oil pan gasket is new, so I thought it was strange, so ended up taking a torque wrench to it and sure enough, wasn't at 16 ft lbs like it should be. I'm hoping this solves it? Could it be anything else?

Went around and snugged up the rest of the bolts while I was at it and they all took a little bit of extra oomph.
