Default Is this ok?

Hey guys. I think I need a Idle Air Control Valve. There is one on ebay. Is this a good deal on one from "Airtex"? Thanks. Here is the link:

Thanks again,

Why do you think you need a IAC?

Idles at 2500rpms. Only goes down when in gear and only to 1250rpms.
Does this sound correct?

I did clean the old IAC and throttle body. They looked ok. Nothing excessive. It had been idling high before...like 1700rpms when cold. Then when warm it would drop to as low as 600rpm. What else could be causing this? Thanks you guys.
