Ok Colorado Guys.. My Disco is Faster than yours!!!!
Just got back from my 2,300 mile trip up through Colorado, and I had a blast, loved the Colorado Springs area, then went up to the Rocky Mountain National Park through Estes, then down and across the Continential Divide 3 times on the way to Bueno Vista.. The Disco did Superbly!! Though it was a bit slow up the hills. Now I know what everyone is talking about when they bitch about Disco's Lacking Power.. Anyhow after driving around in the thin air up tremendous grades for a week I am back in oklahoma with its thick air and flat land, and it seems faster than it has ever been!! Perhaps all than exercise cleaned up the motor.. Anyhow.. I know its got more acceleration here than it had there!! Just so you know.. My Disco is Faster than Yours

Sorry some of us didn't have a chance to meet up with you, glad you had a chance to see our state.
So with a 5 to 7 horsepower loss per 1000 feet of elevation, you had a chance to see the less powerful side of your truck.
By the way, the feeling of power you still has comes from 2 things, a 2000 mile plus drive that helped clean out the engine and your ECU resetting itself for the higher elevations, both of which will go back to what you are used to real quick.
As for Spikes question of your picture, you look a lot better then your avatar.
Great picture by the way.
