Default OME springs?

So is this right,Old Man Emu779 Front Heavy-Duty Springs (779) is what everyone recommends using on the Disco 2? Also does that give it 2" lift and if you want 3" just purchase a 1"spacer? Or can I buy the Old Man Emu 751 Front Heavy-Duty Springs (751) and just get 3" of lift out of them without spacers? From what this site says thats how I see it if the 779 gives you 2" of lift. Here is a link to the site that sell them https://www.expeditionexchange.com/ome/indexsprings.htm

do you want 2" or 3". what kinds of loads do you plan on carrying and how much time will be spent on the street?

I see Arsell has asked what I was going to ask with the exception of, are you planning on running a winch and bumper?
I have 751's in the ront of my truck with a heavy metal bumper, winch and dual batteries and am just short of 3"s.

Well I actually have OME 777 medium springs now and they gave me a little over 1.5" lift I believe and I was going to buy a 1.5" spacer for the front and a ARB winch bumper. That don't seem that good of an idea if I can just buy a heavy duty spring that will give me about 3" of lift for about the same price as buying spacers.

So any advice on this could I use my medium duty with spacers or should I go with 751's to get a 3" lift with an ARB bumper on the front?

The 777's won't hold up with that bumper especially if you go to a winch. I would really recommend the 751 fir the extra weight capacity .
