Just took another look at bulb and it is not something you can get at an auto store it has a wire piggybacked to it with a spade attatchment that all fits in a metal housing. the metal housing with bulb in it is held into the lens with a clip. I have never seen anything like it at an auto parts store. The actual bulb does not have a part number on it but the metal housing does indicate it is a 12v 55w 167 ge50340U. I could probably rig some type of bulb to work, but for only $12, I can deal with Rover on this one and save the hassle. It sure is a strange design for a bulb as it seems there are much simpler ways for rover to have done this.

 

I did find a bulb for the fog light at checker auto parts. It was #8 compared to the $14 the stealer wanted for it. Thanks, both fog lights working fine now.
