Any recs on how to clean it if so? It's very loose, as in, wipes off easily, not baked on. Wondering if I should shoot some brake cleaner up into the nether regions to clean it up?

Personally I’d leave it.

Scrubbed a little bit with some simple green and a toothbrush and quickly arrived at the same conclusion haha. I'm just gonna leave it. Someday elderly me can deal with it during some TC rebuild project.

you spray brake cleaner, and you don't scrub anything
