Default Opinions on yet another discovery.

2004 Land Rover Discovery

The owner of this discover said the sleeves slipped at just under 60k miles and were fixed under warranty at the dealer (with paperwork to prove it). It has since had another 12k miles put on the vehicle. I understand this is no guarantee it won't happen again. I just want opinions on it.

If the dealer fixed it, they put the same failing sleeves in. Granted, this is better than "already failed" sleeve, but you should consider the inevitable future work of pinning them or a top hat conversion in your offer.

I tend to trust sellers who know their vehicle, which it seems like this guy possibly does. Zero rust is the real seller for me.
