Default Orphan connector - please help to ID

So, I was removing the SAI pump (2001 Disco II) to check the filter as I had the SES light come on a day ago (P1412 and P1415) and wanted to make sure the pump filter wasn't toast. As I was removing the pump, I noticed an orphan yellow 2-pin connector near the SAI pump (passenger side near the firewall). I have included a couple of photos for reference. I looked around the area and could not see a spot to plug this connector to. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I am replacing the SAI solenoid as I believe this to be the cause of the SES. I looked at other threads and found that Atlantic British should have them for $20. I checked their site to find the price is now $34. Any other $20 sources for this part?

Almost looks like the ABS connector. Does your ABS work?

Not almost. Looks exactly like an abs wheel speed sensor connector. Perhaps it was replaced with the newer style sensor that wires in at the computer, bypassing the connectors?

You guys are right. I looked at the driver side in the same area above the wheel well and there is a connector there that looks identical that goes to the driver side wheel sensor. However, when I trace the line from the pasenger side wheel sensor, the wire goes directly from the sensor, up through the wheel well, and then in through the firewall to the passenger compartment. Is this what you mean by the newer style sensor that wires in at the computer? Is the computer in the passenger compartment? Would they have only done the one side? Thanks for the help.

The might have done only the "bad" sensor. I think my 03 has only one or two wired that way.

my '03 has the exact same plug in the exact same place. everything works, and when you follow the lines they just go directly into the computer crap. my understanding from my research is it's a left over on the wiring harness from previous set ups. nothing to worry about.
