Unhappy Broken O2 sensor connector plug HELP!!!

Please help I've searched all over and can't find any info on a broken O2 connector plug. I have a P0130 code and installed both front sensors new. Still getting the P0130 code. before changing both sensors noticed that driver side front sensor was drenched with oil. even in the inside of the plug. The orange plug casing was cracked and wires exposed to all that oil. I cleaned it with terminal connection cleaner sprayed with WD40 cleaned it up. And installed the two sensors. Even switched the sensors. Sensors good but no reading on driver side. How can I remedy this problem. I might sound stupid but can i splice and weld a new connector? Do I need a new harness? Any input would be greatly appreciated

if it was covered in oil the oil probably penetrated the wire and yeah you need a new harness
