Default P0130 and P0150

So I have 2 pending codes for o2 sensors. I was just under the truck to try to clean the connectors. The front passenger side sensor is covered in oil. Any advice on getting to the connector? I can reach it with one hand, but not both.

Thanks in advance.

Use
http://enginecodemaster.com
to decode engine codes.

The connectors are clipped on to a vertical mount.
First clean the connector

Then you need to reach way up in there.
Use the cell phone to get a picture of the connector then study it.
that is how I did it to figure out what tab to pry.

First get it off of the body and nearer to you.
Then you can pry the tab and release the plug.
Painful

If your v/c gaskets are leaking, yes you will get oil into your 02 connections so clean them with electrical contact cleaner and apply some die electric into the connector and reinstall, clear the codes and see if that fixes your problem, if not it is time to order 2 new 02's.
