just took a ride to the store and the service engine soon light was flashing, then it stayed on, should i be concerned?

I just did a tune up not even a thousand miles ago, i shouldnt need need new plugs and wires just yet...... i have a suspicion that i could have a coil pack going, if i am getting misfires like this....... but this # 5 i will check soon for coolant and get back with the results.... man i just had head work i hope it isnt coolant in the cylinder already.....

Have you read your codes yet this time? You have magnecors so I don't think your problems are you wires. See what the codes say.
