Maybe a long shot, but N/A could mean Not Applicable, as in the scanner program is not set up for a V8. Have you tried other V8 vehicles with the scanner?

I actually had the same thought... my scanner actually has o2 fields for Bank 3 and Bank 4. For multi-cat systems??

Bank 3 and Bank 4 would probably be for W-format engines, wouldn't they?

High performance engines, apparently, will sometimes run 8 O2 sensors. $$$
