Cleaned connectors on Pre-cat o2 sensor and the code is back P0130, and knowing all four sensors are only a year old I'm guessing it may be something else. Would this be something the MAF could cause?

Your sensor isnt working, you can't clean o2s. I suggest replacing the part but totally up to you.

Meant I cleaned the connector at the plug, so do O2's go bad after a year?

Not sure, but I'm going to find out the warranty on them to see what I can get done.

Now I've got the P1070 and P1171?? After a search I'm finding this is probably the MAF, as I cannot find a vacuum leak like some of the threads said to check for? Is there a way to confirm this without purchasing a new one and trouble shooting with part in hand?

P0171 continues to pop, so I am under the suspicion this is the MAF in itself? No leak in Vac lines that I can find, but before ordering new MAF would love a 2nd opinion from the forum.

Thanks

Did you try cleaning your maf? I had p0171 p0174 p0733 p0734 before I cleaned my maf, cleared codes and they haven't been back since. Good way to see if your maf is bad. Remember to clean only when cold. Crc maf cleaner works great.
