I am getting a code P0174 for system too lean Bank 2. Is this an injector issue or O2 Sensor failure? Or is it something else entirely?

I'm about a green as it gets with these vehicles so please forgive my ignorance.

Check your intake system for leaks, in particular the primary intake hose from the air cleaner to throttle body and all attached hoses. The one that comes off near the throttle body is prone to cracking and leaking.
