Looking at the passenger upstream O2 sensor it appears as though the wiring harness wires were touching the motor with the shielding out of place. I corrected that and it ran fine. I'll have to zip tie and shield today.

All O2 sensors showing voltage. However, the B1S2 sensor is showing NA in the % reading but shows 0.605 voltage. I did get a p1300 with "OL-Fault" again but when I switched to live data it was in Closed Loop and all of the O2 sensors were reading correctly except for the one reading B1S2 reading NA as I mentioned. As I mentioned, all O2 sensors were replaced together and the B1S2 is providing a voltage reading which leads me to believe that it is working properly. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Based upon some of the research last night, I'm wondering if I have a fuel quality or system issue. I'll fill up with 93 today and add 2 cans of BG44k to see if that might help.

Yes, REDROVER, we are neighbors and I really do appreciate your feedback and insights.

As you more than likely know, B1S2 is the downstream, post-cat sensor. It's output does not affect the engine management system.

I have the UltraGauge in my truck set up with two pages that cycle every three seconds. One page is dedicated to monitoring the upstream sensor voltages and fuel trims. It's been quite a while since I've needed to replace a sensor, but the last time I was able to see one going bad before it triggered misfires and the SES light. Great peace of mind.

Yes, the B1S2 is the downstream driver's side sensor which shouldn't impact the fuel trim. Nice set-up with the UG screens.

Back to p1300 code now. Changed the PCV to a Bosch unit after getting a p0441 incorrect purge valve flow on the Hyundai unit that I installed.

The good news (??) is that the p0300/0305/0308 codes are gone for now.

For some reason I get the "OL-Fault" while driving and in "closed-loop". When I clear the p1300 code the truck runs pretty okay until something happens that triggers the p1300 code again and the truck stumbles. Very strange. Thinking that I may get underneath the truck this weekend and check that the crank position sensor nuts are tight as I've seen that as a possible source of trouble.

At this point I guess that I'll have to take it to the shop to see what they can find unless anyone has any ideas on the p1300 code.

Thank you!

Well, I cleaned the CKPS sensor connector as it was filthy/oily. Repositioned it so that it stays cleaner. Really needs to be wrapped which I'll do after I confirm that this is a fix. Engine started right up and runs smoothly. Time will tell whether this is the fix or not.

So far, so good. I think that I overfilled my oil a few weeks ago and that may have made the mess that created the problem. My suggestion to anyone with a p1300 code is to check the CKPS sensor connection for clean contact as I know that there are many posts detailing p1300 and other related ignition failure codes.

Many thanks to all for the feedback and support, especially REDROVER, my northern neighbor!

I'm actually mln01, but thanks just the same for the recognition.

That's why I stick around here, mostly. To help others, because I received so much help from others here 10'ish years ago.

Thanks so much mln01. I agree with you that this is a great group and we all offer each other ideas and advice on how to keep our trucks running.
