Default P0300, P0305, P1412, P1415... Electrical System Disaster?

Weird things happening to my 2003 Discovery II....

Keep in mind, I have only driven ~200 miles since getting it back from the mechanics.

The mechanic I saw installed a new coolant tank + hoses, and o2 sensors. Pretty simple repairs.

However in the last two days I've gotten these codes.

Yesterday while driving I received a P1412 and a P1415 while driving probably 40 mph uphill. Engine started to tick. I shut the truck down and let it sit for a few mins, then the tick was gone. It wasn't spooking me though. (Video here)

(maybe not the biggest concern right now however, but I'm just confused about what this MIGHT be. Knock on wood hopefully not a slipped sleeve)

Today is when things got weird. I was driving like 35-45 MPH and got this p0300/p0305 "cylinder misfire" code. Which makes no sense, since the car was driving absolutely fine, if it was a misfire wouldn't the engine be running extremely rough at idle? There's a small shake but it's not even noticeable. Anyways I headed home then when I opened up the hood I saw this:

I have absolutely no idea what happened, but from what it looks like; there's coolant spitting from the main hoses? Looks like my mechanic didn't install the part correctly. Could it possibly be causing the electrical system to get all wacky and for some reason pull out a misfire code due to the liquid just being spit around the engine?

Would love for some feedback, thanks everyone.

Trying to be positive here....the ticking...could anything be rubbing, fan, fan shroud belt. etc.
Maybe it’s the way I’m looking at picture but is your bleeder screw screwed in ?

Yeah hopefully the ticking just goes away and doesnt come back... lol

and yeah! the bleeder screw is tightly on there... it looks like it's been spitting out coolant though!

Check bleeder screw for o-ring or a split hose. Check pulleys to make sure they are all solid. Misfire could have been caused by coolant depending on how much and where it spewed but it's never a bad idea to have a set of new plugs, wires and coils ready to go if the issue persists.

I thought bleeder screw fit fairly flush into that housing but it’s been a while. Hard to keep track of all the posts but I’m sure you are aware of the inline mod from extinct. It would be the very first thing I would do if I got a second disco. Gets rid of the bleeder and complication in troubleshooting any cooling issues.

Might just go back to the mechanic because legally their obligated to fix the issue if they caused it in the first damn place.

That overflow tank looks way over filled.

The 1412 and 1414 are SAI codes. Nothing to do with anything you are presently experiencing.

The misfire on 5, pull the plug and check for signs of coolant.

Looking at it my bet is the bleeder screw, or T but what is up with white color that is very odd.
