Default P1590 question

I searched for this error code and found out what it is. I tried to clear the code with my OBD2 reader but the three amigos never go away. Any advice? Thanks!

this code is not causing your abs lights to be on, its a result of it. its just a code that gets stored in the ecm so that the ecm knows that the terrain its on is rough, and can also be stored by an abs fault. the ecm needs to know about a 'rough road' so that it knows to be less sensitive to misfires that can be falsely logged when going over a bumpy road

So... is this causing the 3 amigos to come on? No other codes were present. When I delete the codes, turn key off and disconnect the OBD reader and then turn ignition on, the 3 amigos are still there

No, the 3 Amigos are causing the 1590 to come on.

How come I am only getting that code and not others which would cause the 3 amigos problem?

Cause you don't have a scanner that is able to access ABS codes.
