Default P1884???

Even more confused after I looked it up in the RAVE. Anyone else had experience with this?

Is your base idle high? Or your Can line is down?? Have you cleared the code, and did it come back?

Do you have a scanner with live data? Most of those errors are problems with inputs like TPS, roadspeed, engine speed, etc.

Hook up a scanner that can display snapshot data. This is the data captured when the code was set. Look at the data for abnormal/out-of-range values.

My base idle is not high. What's a "can line"? My code page from the RAVE looks slightly different. It just showed up. I have an UG and I cleared it. Hasn't come back yet but that was just today. I'm prepping for a road trip and would like to make sure there's no issue.

CAN is how the different computers talk to each other.

To give you an answer, I need to know what other codes you currently have, that code is what I call a tag along code and will go away when the other codes you have are resolved.
If you research for the 1884, you will find it pops up for 8 different faults. So what are your other code numbers?

I did have 0134, 0135 & 0155, however those have been remedied (1 of the 4 prongs on the Dr Side bank 1 female plug was pushed in). 1884 was zeroed out with those after the repair. I currently have no codes.
