P305 Error Mis-Diagnosed by Indy?

Afternoon everyone. I have a great russian indy mechanic I've been using for a couple of years now. I have a 2000 that I use as my daily and it has 88,000 + miles.
The SES light is on and it's throwing a P305, Cylinder 5 Mis-Fire. I've had this error for probably 2 months now. After replacing 2 Cylinder heads and taking care of other codes, replacing the front 02 sensors cleared 4 btw. I have just one more to go. The engine is rough when idling and I have decreased my MPG some. Other than that, it's running fine with plenty of power.
My Indy just called and said he thinks it is a fuel injector and needs to go inside the engine to diagnose further. He said the number 5 Cylinder was firing though. I thought it may have been bad plugs because of the shop that put the Cylnder heads on sucked eggs (I was forced to used them - I was in another state when things took a turn for the worse, anti-freeze was pouring out of the oil pan) and probably just yanked on Plug wire number 5 carelessly. When I changed out the Autolite plugs they put in I noticed that Number 5 showed no sign of being fired. So here I was phyced to order up someNew Magna 8 mm's.
So the question after all of this is: Would the P305 have ANYTHING to do with a bad fuel injector or one that isn't tightened down?
Thanks to all.

UPDATE:
I just picked up the truck and I have 4 other codes now (sometimes the russian talks fast and I don't get everything). The low fuel light was on when I took it in the am and I have been running 93 forever. I replaced the front O2's a couple of months ago. I know that the 171 & 1171 as well as the174 & 1174 are related. Any ideas? Could the be the MAF? Or am I getting false codes from being low on gas? I just filled up BTW>
P305 - Misfire #5
P171 - System Lean
P1171 - No idea
P174 - System Lean
P1174 - No Idea
Thanks again.

Hey Mike,
I have plugs from the dealer right after my extended expired @ 68,000 or so. I expect the are factory issue. I replaced the front O2's on a "new" pair of cats from Roverland (plug), I got the O2's from Rover Connection and they were factory issue. Thanks for that lead by the way. I also have Bosch Plat 4 plugs on recomendation from this great forum.
I am going to pull the #5 plug in the morning to see if it has been firing. As posted earlier when I pulled the Autolights, man that's embarasing, that were put in with on Cyl. head project - that one hadn't been fired on and was on the code reading after I rescued my truck back from Illinois.
So I'm thinking O2's on the back maybe? One of the russian crew said the back O2's wouldn't make the Lean Codes show but I don't know, thoughts?
It's like a big puzzle with this stuff. Adds to the obsession I think. Well worth it.
