Pardon my absence. I've been taking a break on working on the Rover.
Well, I pulled the intake manifold off, and I have the wiring harness disconnected from mostly everything. There are a few places I really am not looking forward to messing with. The oxygen sensors, the wire that goes to the starter, and somewhere underneath the front of the engine. I also still have to disconnect the big thick wire that bolts to the alternator.
I have my eye on a used wiring harness from someone said on another forum to be reputable, a guy by the name of "Drill bit". Seems like a nice guy. Anybody else done business with him?
Anyway, I 'm going to post a few pics of the work I've done so far:




That is my pet cat Roxy. She like's the Land Rover! She was on a leash too.

One sexy beast. Also a royal pain in the ***.

I wish there were ways in the US to get more power out of the Rover V8. I know there are ways in Europe and Oz, but I'm not sure what those ways are..
