Default Parking Lights??

When I turn my parking lights on only the "city" light bulbs light up in the headlight, but the blinker blinks when I use the turn signal. Should this cornerlight be lit up when the headlights are on?

No?
I will have to double check but I dont think that they are supposed to. If you remove the bulb and see if it is a twin element bulb or not and that will tell you for sure.

I looked it up and it just looks like a single filament.

Is it possible to replace just that city light bulb or do I have to replace the whole headlight to get that to work? My passenger side city light is out and haven't been able to find any reference to it in either my repair manual or owner's manual.
