Default Parts swap... 2000 to 2003

I'm going to go look at a 2003 Disco today. I'm thinking it is time to replace the 2000 as it is going to need a few things coming up, and my wife was kind enough to back into it and smash the driver's door. It is livable, but I don't want to pay to fix it and don't want to drive it all beat up looking, even though it is a beater.
My question is, with all the small changes in body style and having the 4.6 engine, how much is interchangeable? I did plenty of preventative things as well as repairs on the 2000, and this purchase would make sense if I could swap some things over. I've been cross referencing some parts, and just wanted to confirm if anyone knows:
  • Rear bumper (it looks pushed in a bit on the driver's side of the new one). Will my current one just swap out (with a swap of lower lights obviously)
  • Cooling system (hoses, radiator, soft spring t-stat, water pump, fan/clutch)
  • Front drive shaft (newer greasable unit)
  • MAF sensor
Some of the parts (like the drive shaft) show for 2000-2001 models and such, but others show interchangeable. It would just be nice to be able to have a bunch of these newer parts swapped over to save money on doing it all over again. Obviously easy things like the newer tires, battery, etc are all the same.
Thanks!

MAF sensor won't work, it's a different size.
The rear bumper will work.
The front shaft will work.
I'm not sure about the cooling system, but probably most of the items will fit.

Thanks. The bumper and shaft were two big ones I was hoping would. Most looks the same on the cooling system, so I'm assuming we are good there. The MAF would have been a bonus, but no biggie there.

And also...yes...the new one is in the "bad VIN' range. Being 9 years old with 90K on it though I'm thinking it would have been an issue already. Worth a roll of the dice.

the front shaft from a 2000 should fit in 03, but it will not work the other way.
I "believe" the 03 is longer than the 2000 by 1 inch, so putting the short shaft should not be an issue unless you start lifting it.
I believe you will find one number for 99-02 and a diffrent number for 03 & 04.
The bumper rear bumper will fit.

Front drive shafts are different, but some say they will work. If it's aftermarket they probably made it fit either.

Hoses are the same, fan and clutch are different but interchangeable.

I would use the transfer case from the 2000 as it is ready for a CDL shifter, the 03 has to be converted for a CDL

tranny will work but it's not as strong as the 03 4bt or whatever.

And then the driveshafts won't matter anyway.... because that is the reason that they are different lengths... the 03-04 style tranny is longer due to the heavy duty pump and clutches.
