Default RE: passenger heating seat not working

Are both the upper and lower heaters out on the pass seat?
They both operate from the same fuse, # 15 of my 99 D2.
Have you left it on, by mistake, for long periods of time, if so you made have burned out the heating elements. You can buy new elements, if need be, and have them installed.

to tell you the true, I never knew there was 2 heating element per seat, on the driver side I got heat only from the seat and none from the back rest. on the passenger it's just cold.
I checked the fuse and it's good, the fuse also work for the cig lighter and other stuff, I was hoping for a fuse under the seat that would have blown..
