Passenger side rear turn signal

Passenger side rear turn signal
OK Gents (and ladies),
While driving my 2001 SE and changing lanes in front of a mini van and receiving the universal "F&#^ you" middle finger gesture that even my 8 year old knew and snickered about, I figured out that my passenger side rear turn signal is not working. The drivers side rear turn signal works, all three brake lights and both rear red fog lights work (along with both of the yellow turn signal side marker lights next to the front wheel wells and both front turn signals).
My question is that since the rear red fog light works and not the yellow turn signal, is it just the bulb? I'm assuming the entire assembly is on the same fuse. The interesting part is that I just replaced the entire assembly about 60 days ago. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

RE: Passenger side rear turn signal
Urban Panzer,
Good call...on further investigation in RAVE, my right turn flasher symbol on the instrument panel is flashing quickly which would indicate a bulb failure.
Next question; can I get this bulb http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/1868.cfm at any auto parts store?
