Hey fellas,

Did a little bit more digging today with no joy. I threw in new relays with no change.

To clarify, when I hit the Hazard button, the same symptom occurs.

At this point, I'm not quite sure how to continue troubleshooting here. Could it be possible that there is a problem with the switch? I see a lot of other threads indicating that could be an issue, but I'm not sure that the hazard would also be affected? Could something fishy in the RH grounding points (H1000 or H0706) somehow be causing this?

Where does the triple click occur? In the BCU?

Any other pointers would be appreciated!

 

Well, I figured it out.

It was not the wiring, but the LEDs themselves. Because the Disco uses the computer to do the actual flashing, converting all the lights (including the side lights) to LED changed the impendence in the circuit enough to create the symptoms above. To fix it, I installed a high load LED in the rear blinkers:
These are VERY bright.
