This it the type that I got sent from the UK. The only reason i got it sent from there was a friend was sending me other things so asked to drop one in the package or I would have got it from Amazon

Reeves, Are you sure this is the one that fits? I put in 2001 Land Rover Discovery II SE and it says "this won't fit" Just curious!

I think the reason that it says it won't fit is because it "officially" fits the Freelander. (not sure though, I know nothing about Freelanders by choice )

I got my pel500110 from Rimmerbros in the UK.

Shipping was fast and prices were good.

Yes it fits, look at the picture its compatible and its the one that I am running in my 2003. I think as has been suggested that they are for a freeloader which is why it wont say it. Mine is the same and it fits and runs perfectly, in fact better than perfect as its dropped the temp down

I just installed the Motorad 439-180 in my '04 D2 and it dropped the temp at idle about 10 degrees. This is the gauge at idle on a 75 degree day with the AC on. Not convinced of the accuracy of this gauge, but with the 190 thermostat it read closer to 215 - 220 at idle.

Where did you get that dash fitting? I am looking for something similar so my pressure gauge doesn't look like it shouldn't be there.
