Default picking up my new to me disco

after selling my 03 last year stupid me I've never stopped thinking about it so i recently found a 2004 here in canada with 60000original miles, picking it up this week, rust free, comes with roof rack light bar gas tank skid plate and differential plates brand new ko2 tires extra tires, mint inside allisport coolant tank, 2 owner serviced in british columbia dealer of course the owner used it to show and tell never offroad, running oem temps 225 degrees took it for a good spin last week no ticking drives solid
so first in order already have the inline thermostat pcv valve, serviceable drive shaft and most of the good treatment parts i have learned from this forum, i paid a good buck for it so i will be selling the roof rack and the new bfg tires, i dont need to be driving around in mud tires, i will probably get 2 k from those 2 items, that will make me feel better about the price, also comes with a fancy car starter and high end radio which i care not for lol
after i drive it for a few months and make sure everything is taken care of i will add the 2 inch lift and maybe the coil pack relocation kit, will post pictures, very excited to be back in the disco seat

Is this a typo? Did you intend to type 60,000 miles?

There's an older couple in my neighborhood with an '04 that has ~75,000 miles on it, I recall. Garage kept and immaculate. I've asked that when they are ready to let it go they let me know.

Beautiful truck. That upgraded header tank speaks to the owner’s care.

Also glad to hear you had seller’s remorse, encouraging for those insane folk like me who wonder if they should continue in their lifelong-ownership of their Discovery. There have been times when I’ve seriously considered other vehicles, but always been glad I backed off and stuck with it. And then every time I drive someone else’s vehicle I’m reminded of how much more I love my Discovery 2.

Looks like my twin. Mine is Vienna over Tundra. Only SE. Did you say 225 degrees on running temp? I know that technically is in stock specs but really high for these parts. If that's correct I suggest the Extinct thermostat mod ASAP.

Mine with 2" TF lift installed this weekend
