Hi all. I'm looking for a picture of the ceiling area between the sunroofs in a D2. Mine came with a flip down TV/DVD player but it's cheesy and the screen keeps popping down and making rattling noises. It's got to go, but I'd like to know what it's supposed to look like so I can see if they just removed trim to install it or actually cut the headliner.

It's been cut. The accessory fitting instructions call for removal of the headliner in that area for the install.

 

I removed it on my 2004 discovery S and there was a big ugly hole cut into headliner.It wasn't even cut straight!You should find a way of keeping it from dropping on its own,even if you have to use tape.

 

Bummer. Well, maybe I'll just replace the headliner. Oh well.

Oh yeah, there's definitely a giant hole in mine where there should be headliner.
