Default A- Pillar

How hard is it to replace an A-Pillar (exterior)? I see the cheapest one on British Parts of Utah site for $99.00. Will I need anything extra in terms of clips? I assume that the three on the backside come with it but not sure of the black clips on the door well side... look like post pins.

Thanks-

I have never replaced one but I have read on this forum that it is a pain to do.

I pulled mine off when I was fixing a leak. There are 3 steel spring clips that hold it on in beside your windshield. The trick is to line it up where you want it to be, before you tap it down with a rubber mallet. Then you have to pull it around the pillar and insert the fasteners from the back. Try and test fit it a few times. A Nylon or plastic prybar is great to have, as it can help you pry it up from the windshield, without putting metal on your windshield.
