Default B Pillar Trim

I have a very very clean 96, save for the trim on the pillars. The felt covering has taken a beating from the seatbelt. Has anyone refurbished the pillar trim, recovered, painted?

Suggestions?

Thanks

I had the same problem, I just "de-flocked" the fuzzy things from there. Pop the panel off and brush on with denatured alcohol and then fuzzy hair will just fall off leaving smooth plastic. Which blends right in and no one would even notice the difference.

Land Rover replaced this type of felt finish trim with a plastic finish because the felt used to come off when upholstery cleaner was used and it finished up with bald patches. cost me about £30 to replace both sides
