A-pillar grab handles and other things when doing headliner?
So the headliner on my 2000 Disco is failing, as they do. It's starting to come down and block the drivers view, so time to fix it.
What other items should be addressed while the headliner is down? Here is what I have so far:
* Fix leaking sun roofs
* Replace Headliner fabric or paint
* Add A-Pillar grab handles? -- Anyone do this?
I'm really tempted to mount my ham radio up top, and use the garage door switches near the sunroof controls for something else, so might wire them in.

Definitely install some heat/noise shielding. I used this stuff: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074STNQBQ/
Self-adhesive and easy to work with.

a-pillar grab sounds doable, you could rivnut the grab handle mounting locations to the inside of the pillar and then add the correct length aluminum spacer to fit right behind a couple holes in the trim as long as the angle worked.
