In search of new tyres for my 2004 Disco soon after deciding to switch to 16"s. I came across Pirelli's Scorpion All Terrain Plus in 255/70/16, a 30.1" tall tire same width.

Has anyone had any experience with these tires on the Disco? They seem to be a relatively new tyre, being that they were only released earlier this year.

Very interested to see how these compare to more expensive options like K02s, or my personal favourite budget tyre, the Dynapro ATM.

It’s a good looking tire. I ran the old school Scorpion AT’s years ago before they discontinued them for awhile. I loved them they were fantastic tires.

The ATM is a favorite to, we ran those on the 07 LR3 and they did a fantastic job and wore like iron.

I have a feeling there isn’t a wrong choice here

 

I have a set of the M/T's and like them and they were only about $140 each for the 245 75 16's.
