I doubt that piece is made anymore, but anything D/D2 wise from 94-04 will have one. Salvage yards & Ebay would be the first place I would look.

Honestly I’m not to sure what to even do there. Possibly find a location in the United States that’s the cheapest to ship from. Go
to the website car-part.com and type in the zip code to where a good place to ship from is and select the year Land Rover and select a part that’s generic like a hood so that many land rovers pop up since you won’t find that specific part. Find the place that sells the hood or other parts and contact them directly for the part. That or ebay

Dude that is so funny. I just bought one of these on ebay as mine was a mess. The ebay one isn't perfect but it's mostly in good shape and is sitting in a box in my living room right now, it showed up today. I paid 19 bucks.

I tried to buy it new. No Longer Available (NLA) from Land Rover.
Part # FBS100630

It is apparently also on D1's and the 1995 Range Rover Classic. Funny that people selling these for the 95 RRC's on ebay sell them for like 100+ dollars since those parts are super rare and people buy them for that because they don't realize it's a pretty standard D1 / D2 part.

@chunmo I have a spare it is a little rough but otherwise ok, you can have it for the shipping cost. Images below so you can see the condition, It is a little warped too, I could not get a good shot of that, you can see it in the second picture.

Some water staining on the back

Front - the shiny is because I wiped the dust down. The material around the square hole is damaged

Close up of damage and some cracking around the mounting slot.
