Default Plug identification

Can someone I.D. this plug for me? It's orange and is not connected to anything. Wedged in between the coolant bottle and fuse box.

It may be a no connect on your truck. I don't know what it's for, but if there's no problem, I wouldn't worry about it.

Does your Rover have ACE? Mine does not, and I have that empty plug as well. Could also be for the air shocks?

If nobody has any definitive answers, it might be possible to identify it using the wire colours and the electrical chart from the RAVE.

Found the same plug on mine...but it is connected, sadly I could not trace it.
99 and 98 Disco II both have the ace system. Tomorrow once the rain stops I will see if I can trace it for you.

Thank man that would be awesome. No my disco doesn't have ACE but that doesn't mean it didn't in the past... Right?

No right/wrong. Look around and you'll likely find several "mystery" connectors. LR installed same harnesses regardless of equip/options.
