Default Plugged hole in roof? 04

On the roof of my 04, in the center, about 2ft from the rear of the truck, is what appears to be a hole in the roof, with a rubber plug. It almost looks factory. Is this supposed to be there? and if so, for what purpose?

Thank's forthe quick response, I was thinking of using that for my xm antenna. The rain gutter makes a clean install difficult with the wire.
