Default PO741 - I replaced the Torque converter a year ago! Is this bad?

So this code just came on with all my O2 sensor codes!! PO741
Yesterday I started up the truck and quickly put it in drive just to move it up a few feet, and it did not move!! The truck idled in place and then slowly started moving forward... I have driven if fine since then and it doesn't seem to be any issues or noticeable driving difference when I give it gas...

It's not an active fault. Clear the pending code, see if it returns.

You lost me with your last comment. I couldn't understand - sentence structure throw me. So, it has driven fine, without issue, since that single occurrence.

Yesterday I started the truck and quickly put in in Drive.. I did this to move it up just a few feet in the parking lot.. When I put it in drive, it did not move forward on its own.. with my foot off the brake, it just sat there.. Then it slowly began to move forward..

I have had no problems prior, and I drove it today without symptoms...

Also I cleared the codes and it came back..

Is this a daily driver?
Have you checked your fluid.

Not likely the TC since recently replaced. A lack of lock-up should be easily detected by the operator while driving. Since lock-up clutch slippage may not be noticeable and more difficult to detect the ECU probably gives the code as a heads-up by sensing speed and valve/switch positions. It may be an indication problem and could be switch/sensor/wiring causing code.

Do you have a copy of the D2 LR Workshop Manual for more specific code information and description/operation? Electrical manuals may help too.

Man don't get lost in the weeds on this deal. Mollusc just laid out a red carpet for ya. He knows his stuff and won't waste your time. Get it. Install it. Then give him 500 whether he wants it or not

Swapping motors is not that hard. Weekend job..
