Default Popping/clicking under acceleration/load

Gents,

I’ve gong to two separate Land Rover
mechanics ATL and they can’t find the issue.

It only happens when I accelerate. Sometimes it’s louder, sometimes just 1 pop, sometimes nothing at all. Hot or cold, come one come all. It’s not that loud. But I notice it most with the window down and something next to me. I can’t duplicate unless the car is moving. Neutral or park the noise doesn’t happen.

I walked into the Mechanic shop assuming the driveshaft or u joint and told them such. They put it up and couldn’t duplicate
the noise. Basically opened my wallet.

I’ll say the first time I heard the noise was within a day or so of the throttle body coolant gasket failing (which I replaced with the AB kit). I changed the fan belt etc and still the same thing.

Engine runs like butter on Rotella T6 5W40 synthetic and K&N 3001 for 5 years.

I’ve scoured all the forums. Any ideas?

It's hard to make out on the videos, but I do hear what you're talking about. It almost sounds like the exhaust.

Yah i know. It only happens when the car is moving so its so hard to recreate the sound, plus it comes and goes. Does seem to subside after driving awhile, not necessarily if the engine is warm.

Anyone think its a wheel hub bearing? But then why only when I accelerate?

Would it be more consistent though? Same as OP, the noise happens under hard load or acceleration. For instance; I notice it most going uphill to Tahoe or something but not on the way back down the mountain.

Changed the pulleys. Still the same damn chirp. FWIW, I’m now hearing it in park and reverse. Seems to chirp at a quick pedal push too.
