Default Possible O2 Sensor Problem

Recently, my D2 has been hesitating when taking off. When I am stopped at a red light and then go to accelerate, no mater how far I push the petal down, it takes ~2-3 seconds to raise the RPMs. This does not happen every time I accelerate from a stop but very frequently. I am also having an occasional rough idle when I first start it and poor fuel economy. With all of these issues, do the O2 sensors seem like the problem?
