Possible timing issue? Rover is not running 100%
2001 Land Rover Discovery II w/106k

Recently, My rover seems to have a timing problem, or something is just not working right. When pressing the throttle, the car hesitates for a split second and then revs up. Sometimes when starting the car in the morning the SES light will flash for a few seconds. The car seems to have a lot less power than normal, it barely crawls up hills. There has also been an electrical smell under the hood when the car is driven for a while, 20-30 minutes. I pulled the following codes:
P0171
P0174
P1300
P0300
P0301
P0303
P0305
P0307
The misfires are all on one bank of the engine. There is no loss of coolant and there is no smoke at all coming from the exhaust. When driving the car it seems like the car is just not firing at 100%, something is off, but the car is normal at idle.
Please let me know if you have any ideas of what the problem is.
Thanks.

Most misfires are resolved by new plugs and wires. You could have a wire against an exhaust manifold, which will smell. Air filter change, MAF and throttle body clean with solvent made for the purpose, check all vacuum lines, test fuel pressure (all power robbers). You sound like you are starving for fuel, fuel pressure test should be first. TPS sensor could be in play as well.
