Well when I had the snow tires mounted on my wifes car I took the tires off teh car and brought the snows and the rims with the summer tires and they charged me $10 per tire plus $2 per valve stem.
The most expensive that I found was $20 per tire.
That was with is 16" rim, anything larger than that they will charge you more. (just a FYI)
And MAKE SURE that they DO NOT use the impact wrench to put the rims back on your truck.
They MUST use your tire tool.

i will send the impact directions along but i cant be there to supervise... i'm sending my cousin to do it for my while i am at work tomorrow... hopefully they can read because i am sending a note with instructions for the tire place... i know the usual reasons not to use an impact wrench, like the tire may not seat properly and severely overtorquing the lugnuts, but is there any "rover specific" reason not to?

Yeah, LR charges $20/lug nut. Tell them if they don't want to pay for a new set, follow your instructions.

You need to go buy a socket for your wheels and keep it in the truck so someone doesn't use the wrong size and take out your lug nuts, also, have the final torque set by hand with a torque wrench only, I think your's need to be set at 95 or 100 foot pounds of torque.
Air pressure should be 35/40 or 40/40 no more no less.
Enjoy the new tires.

get an impact socket that is the correct size (6 sided not 12 point) and a half inch drive breaker bar... if you need to put something longer on the breaker bar... if you still cannot get them off drive straight to where you got them put on and make them figure out what they did...
