Seriously? Up to the hood? I get stressed out when the water gets 3/4 of the way to the top of the tire.

 

I did a water crossing in a flooded street once and paniced half way across when the power all but went byby, I though it was about to stall out, had no throttle response what so ever, but kept chuggin along super slow then was fine 10 seconds later out of the water! Electrical gremlin I think, the water wasnt THAT deep, certainly not to the engine block!
