Default pyshciatric advice for my disco

Hello friends,
I am having some trouble with my 113,000mile
1998 disco. She used to idle rock steady at 900 rpm and now is 1500 rpmall the time.I touched the coolant temp. sensor and it went down to the original 900 rpm so I cleaned it and put it back.Worked well for a few days but then as british as can be started to do it again.Changed the coolant sensor but did not cure the problem.I have searchedall hoses because it lookslike some kind of leak with no evidence.Any suggestions on want it could be.ShouldI give it a xanax? As alwaysthank you in advance.

Sound like you may want to clean the idle control unit, IAC or Stepper Motor.
