Q on hoses attached to the pass/right side fog light on a 02 disco

Pulled the front bumper and found that the right side fog light had 2 hoses connected to it. What are they for?

Vents.
Both sides should have them.

When it senses the moisture in foggy air, it turns the foglights on.
