Default Quarter panel replacement?

Just picked up an 04 with a bashed in quarter panel... How easy is it to replace one of these? I see there are what looks to be spot welds at the door seam? I know easy is a relative term, but is it a major process to get a new panel fitted in?

Oddly enough, someone just hit my other '04 in the same spot today... I guess Ill be getting a quote from a body shop anyway. Maybe I can get a buy one get one 50% off deal

The rave doesnt go into too much detail except it does look like it is more than just drill out spot welds and spot weld a new one in like I was hoping for

Im looking at a row of spot welds in the rear of the door jam, and it looks like the tail light corner panel is riveted at the seam to the rear quarter panel.

EDIT: Just saw your picture... That looks and sounds more promising that I may be able to do this myself. I guess the rear tail light panel is supposed to be replaced as a unit with the corner. What page was that on the rave? I didnt see that
