Default Question on some details? Thanks

I did the wires, plugs, atf flush, and now am going to use the seafoam into the vacume line. I know you guys are tired of this question, but I just want to be clear. There's a small line under the two bigger lines on the passenger side of the throttle body. Will that work? I could do it through the brake booster but it's a big line. Also, do you run that 2ft line from there and straight into the can, then turn the engine on? Or while its running do you insert the tube in the can? I know it will smoke, but after the entire can is gone, do you give it some throttle for a while or just let it clean itself out? Thanks for answering this boreing topic!!!
