Radiator Replacement Instructions
Hey all!
Well, after a busy couple weeks, I'm digging into the radiator swap.
The problem is, I don't know where to start. I removed as much of the cowling as I can, and I've removed the hoses that were in reach, and a couple screws up on top... but it's still in there pretty solidly.
I'm on page five going through threads that resulted in a search for "radiator", and hopefully I find one- but if any of you know of a quick resource guide, I'd be very appreciated!
THANK YOU!
Pat

Thanks Mike- great news, I just found the directions within RAVE. There are only seven steps, and I've done them all except the first one, which is to remove the "viscous fan"- so hopefully that was the missing link.
Thanks Mike!

I just realized the directions extend onto following pages.
Also, I'd like to hereby declare that Adobe Reader 4.0 is the most shi... crappy PDF viewer ever. Why this won't open in 9 I'll never know. Thanks again guys!

Holy.... crap.... I'm out of breath.
I got the radiator out, but God help me when I put the "new" one in. I didn't have the tools to take the fan off, so I'm dealing with it.
I say "new", because the replacement is more dingy than my pristine silver radiator I'm pulling out. But... so long as it doesn't leak.
QUICK QUESTION!!!!!
Guys, I had to squeeze the oil coolers around the old Radiator to take it off. I can't figure out the couplings! Any quick tips while I catch my breath and pray to Jesus Christ that Mandy hurry's home with that tall Mocha with no whip?
